Feedback for future is it would be best to see response on special instructions as the order is placed and not on the day of delivery. In my case, the instruction was to deliver sharp at 7 am and the order was placed two days before. It would have been useful to know that the delivery does not start until 930 am before the delivery date for a changed instruction.
