What happened was a customer service issue taken to a new all time height in my mind. I ordered flowers on a Saturday from Cal to be delivered on The following Monday to a hospital in St. Albert Alberta as my sister was ill. On Monday I received a call from Cal ( I live in Toronto) stating the flowers could not be delivered because my sister was in an isolation room and the hospital would not allow flowers in that room. Cal advised me he would call the hospital twice a day until he would be allowed to make the delivery. The phone call was to let me know the flowers had not yet been delivered and why. As it turns out he was able to deliver them on the Tuesday.
This type of service was totally unexpected but fantastic to experience. Thank you Cal
